Our circle of attendees on March 9th was accompanied by 50 “Guardians Of Wellbeing” who had been prayerfully coaxed out of clay by Alison and Amy a few days beforehand. Those guardians were a precious part of our ritual. After exploring what wellbeing is for ourselves and our world, we decorated an origami lotus flower each with key words and phrases. We then walked around our circle of guardians and allowed one to call to us. We placed our flower in the space where we took a guardian then returned to our seats. Here we used this figure to pray, reflect on, intuit and connect with wellbeing.
The following resources were gratefully shared at the OneLight Gathering on Friday 9th March 2018 at London's monthly Interfaith Ceremony, generously hosted at Notting Hill's Essex Unitarian Church.
