A collection of the poetry, music, readings, songs & inspiration that we joyously share in our ceremonies.
Offered with appreciation & gratitude:
entering / the silences / and chambers / of the heart / to start again.
Can we find a way of being with our vulnerability that gives it all the space it needs? Can we step into tenderness with whatever is arising in and around us?
What and where is your innocence?
What is the opposite of innocence?
Where does innocence and its opposite live in you?
Our circle of attendees on March 9th was accompanied by 50 “Guardians Of Wellbeing” who had been coaxed out of clay by Alison and Amy a few days beforehand.
“Life is a balance between holding on and letting go.”
May we be forgiven for what we have forgotten / and blessed with the remembrance / of who we really are.
...and if our eyes could ever meet without fear
we would recognise each other and rejoice
for love is life believing in itself...
Beauty is an invocation. The act of beauty - the act of harmony - is an invocation of something; it’s the quality of your own Awareness. It’s the impulse that is present with you, just as it is present with me.
The bud / stands for all things / even those things that don’t flower / for everything flowers, from within, of self-blessing;
'Your faith can move mountains - your doubt can build them.'
'The miracle is not to walk on water. The miracle is to walk on the green Earth in the present moment...'
'The very least you can do in your life is to figure out what you hope for.
And the most you can do is live inside that hope.'
"To confront a person with his shadow is to show him his own light."
~ Carl Jung
"Your body is the piece of the universe you've been given."
"There is no remedy for love but to love more."
~ Henry David Thoreau
"...for my world to be broken open by a surge of life from Life itself that shatters the boundaries of my believing in what love can do."
“How did the rose / ever open its heart / and give the world / all its beauty? It felt the encouragement of Light / against its being...” - Hafiz
"There is a brokenness / out of which comes the unbroken / a shatteredness / out of which blooms the unshatterable."
